Diagnostic Fee Policy
Systems picked up for inspection are subject to a $40 diagnostic fee if repair services are declined after a quote has been provided. This fee is completely waived when repair services are approved and completed through Fenrix Systems LLC.

Designed for systems experiencing general slowdowns or minor software issues, these preventative maintenance packages includes a thorough internal dust removal, cleaning of critical connectors and components, system health inspection, software optimization, startup cleanup, and testing of major hardware components. What is your turn-around time?
Is data recovery guaranteed?
Most standard diagnostics, upgrades, hardware installation and software/OS restores are completed within 48 to 72 hours, however every problem and PC's condition is unique and may result in longer turnaround time. Custom builds and specialized parts sourcing may make it take much longer, but we will keep you apprised throughout the process.
No. If drive platters are physically damaged, or files are heavily corrupted due to malware or viruses, recovery is never guaranteed. We evaluate the drives overall condition, its interface circuit board condition and provide honest odds before starting.

Do you work on laptops?

Yes, for hardware replacements, thermal repasting, and operating system issues. We do not perform micro-soldering on laptops, proprietary phone or tablet boards.
Do you work on Apple laptops and iMac?
This depends on the make and model of your Apple product, Specifically models of iMac Mini from 2018 and earlier and Standard iMac from 2020 and earlier. Devices and Models after this date by Apple have switched over to "Unified memory", meaning the performance and limitations are built directly into the units.
For Mac, our services are generally focused on diagnostics, maintenance, software support, optimization, and cleaning rather than hardware upgrades.
